Job Summary

As a Client Partner, you will support the Managing Director, overseeing all client relationships with existing clients and new business for Toaster in the US


You must be self-motivated and focused on driving business development and building client relationships to ensure growth. Ensuring that expectations are managed and delivered, within a profitable environment is a must and will require a high level of financial acumen and team motivation.


You will have an excellent understanding of digital creative and tech, the advertising industry, and have the ability to express how Toaster sits at the cutting edge of it.


What you’ll be doing


Client Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead existing and new relationships 

  • Take overall responsibility for managing clients in your region and have an overview of regional hubs as appropriate

  • Act as point of escalation on all client related issues for the Client Management operation

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with key senior stakeholders, senior budget-holders and/or influencing clients and agencies, manage perceptions and expectations

  • Organize and lead regular operational review meetings with the client 

  • Define workflow for existing and new business accounts working with Senior Management across Toaster

  • Educate clients on Toaster’s latest skills, work and agency successes via creds presentations, where appropriate

  • Build relationship with Agency Relations and related vendor teams

  • Liaise with Client Management representatives in other Toaster offices to identify potential new opportunities, or handover regional leads, as appropriate

  • Solidify Toaster’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent meetings with partners, brands, attending and participation in networking events.

  • Partner with creative leads to guide internal creative teams in the creation of Toaster marketing and campaign assets.

  • Lead client negotiation and manage service agreements, contracts, supporting with invoice and rate card management.


New Business & Business Development Responsibilities

  • Take ownership, qualify and lead new business opportunities within Toaster, US

  • Proactively identify and seek new revenue opportunities with existing brands / client relationships 


Financial Responsibilities

  • Work towards regional revenue targets

  • Create and manage an accurate pipeline and forecast

  • Support producers in running teams and projects to budget

  • Conduct high level financial discussions with clients

  • Agree workflows linked to output based costing/ rate cards for all new account(s)

  • Ensure full compliance with all client related financial procedures and policies

  • Communicate billing structure and status with internal finance team
