As our Executive Producer, you'll be the driving force behind the San Francisco Project Management team, leading with expertise and fostering a vibrant, high-achieving environment. You'll be the ultimate production guru, responsible for maintaining impeccable standards across team morale, project delivery, and end-to-end production management.
You're a master of process, dedicated to crafting, managing, and upholding the gold standard of production delivery at Toaster. This means collaborating across all departments, partnering with our clients, and empowering your team to own multiple work streams from inception to conclusion, ensuring every project, big or small, hits its mark.
A natural problem-solver, you're constantly seeking ways to streamline workflows, expertly manage workload priorities, meticulously oversee San Francisco project finances and documentation, and provide unwavering support to your team.
You have a knack for transforming complex client requests into clear, actionable plans for successful delivery, effectively balancing team workload. As a natural relationship builder, you'll collaborate closely with our EMEA and INSEA production teams, cultivate cross-departmental synergy, and confidently nurture and expand both existing and new client relationships. You'll actively seek out opportunities to grow our work pipeline, driving the creation of industry-leading creative output that will make you and the entire team incredibly proud.
What you’ll be doing
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and oversee the production team and project lifecycles.
Manage recruitment, retention, and growth to maintain a production team aligned with workload demands.
Implement and manage new and existing regional processes, ensuring consistency and clear communication of updates.
Cultivate and sustain cross-regional relationships through regular check-ins and knowledge sharing, providing support to other regional leads as needed.
Project Leadership
Oversee and manage all project documentation, including proposals, MSAs, SOWs, timelines, cost estimates, technical design documents, and workflows, in collaboration with team leads.
Manage regional billing, forecast allocations, project cost creation and ownership, project and revenue reporting, and ensure project profitability, including resource overview for the London office.
Identify and escalate department, client, and project risks to the regional MD, and develop and implement contingency plans.
Provide straightforward solutions to complex challenges.
Client Development
Cultivate strong partnerships with both new and existing clients, becoming their trusted point of contact.
Collaborate with the team to identify, convert, and develop opportunities that align with the needs, concerns, and objectives of both current and prospective clients.
Support the Account & New Business Development Director on new business opportunities with team leads, supporting the pitching process and ensuring client needs are identified and met.
Resource Management
Take ownership of resource allocation, collaborating with team leads to align on capacity and prioritize tasks. Identify scheduling gaps and propose effective solutions.
Partner with the People team to approve and source freelance resources as needed.
Ensure all new starters are fully inducted into production processes from their first day, updating company documentation as required.
Lead daily regional project status calls.
Work with team leads to ensure team members are clearly briefed on their assignments and timelines.
What you’ll bring
Strong knowledge of responsive design, interactive communications, brand development and video production
Knowledge of the creative process
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography
Thorough understanding of production requirements for both online and offline elements
Working knowledge of Google products: YouTube, Google+, Google Play, Android, Google Workspace
